This agreement is between KANEDIA and ‘’YOU’’ (buyer). The term ‘’YOU’’ or ‘’YOUR’’ refers to the buyer. The term ‘’WE’’ ‘’US’, and ‘’OUR’’ refers to KANEDIA.

 

BUYING A  PRODUCT:

You can only buy a product from our vendors through VISA or MASTERCARD on our website

 

SAFETY TIPS – IF YOU DECIDE TO MEET THE VENDOR IN PERSON:

  • ALWAYS MEET THE SELLER DURING THE DAY – DURING BUSINESS HOURS.
  • ALWAYS MEET THE SELLER IN A SAFE PUBLIC PLACE.
  • DO NOT EVER FOLLOW THE SELLER TO ANYWHERE.
  • ALWAYS TELL SOMEONE THAT YOU’RE GOING TO MEET UP A SELLER.
  • IF POSSIBLE, ALWAYS GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE WHEN MEETING WITH THE SELLER.
  • ALWAYS PAY THROUGH THE PAYMENT GATEWAY PROVIDED BY OUR WEBSITE.
  • NEVER PAY FOR ANY ITEM THROUGH BANK OR EMAIL TRANSFERE
  • BE INFORMED THAT YOU ARE SOLEY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SAFETY.

 

 PLEASE NOTE: ALWAYS PAY THROUGH OUR WEBSITE PAYMENT GATEWAY DURING CHECKOUT. IF YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY AFTER PAYING THROUGH A NON-RECOMMENDED METHOD, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT YOU PAY FOR AN ITEM THROUGH OUR PAYMENT GATEWAY. THIS PAYMENT GATEWAY IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR YOU WHENEVER YOU ADD A PRODUCT TO YOUR SHOPPING CART. OUR PAYMENT GATEWAY WILL AUTOMATICALLY PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT DURING YOUR ITEM CHECKOUT.

 

 

 

SHIPPING:

You must disclose your FIRST and LAST name on the shipment form.

You must CORRECTLY & CLEARLY disclose your shipping address after you buy any product with your VISA or MASTERCARD.

You are required to pay for your item shipment. Your item will be sent through a registered mail. You will receive a tracking number for your item shipment. IT IS YOUR DUTY TO TRACK AND MONITOR YOUR ITEM SHIPMENT. We will know when your item is delivered.

Any address error is your fault. The address error will lead to your item being sent to a wrong address.

Kanedia and our vendor will not bear responsibility for any loss of your item due to first & last name mistake, and address error. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY IN THIS SITUATION.

 

REFUND OR EXCHANGE REQUEST

AFTER YOUR ITEM IS DELIVERED: You have 72 hours (seventy two hours only) to request for your item refund or exchange. We are required to pay our vendor their money after 72 hours. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE REQUEST FROM YOU – 72 HOURS AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM – WE WILL CONSIDER YOUR TRANSACTION AS ‘’COMPLETED’’. You will not receive a refund or exchange after 72 hours.

 

IF YOU DECIDE TO REQUEST FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE (BEFORE 72 HOURS), you must make sure that you adhere to the vendor’s refund policy.

We also require that the product must be returned in the same condition you received it; and also, in a timely manner through a registered mail. The registered mail will be paid by you.
